our superior queen room was functional with big bathroom, couch, a sofa as advertised. the offered breakfast was satisfactory with self made waffles.

The lack of soap in the bathroom. Maintenance needs to focus on fixing broken fixtures and improving overall cleanliness standards!!!

Would have extended the stay, the hotel was fairly clean, and location on the Snaefellsnes peninsula was marvellous. Great-sized units with an almost private large outside patio, the perfect view and comfortable beds, and the staff were exceptional. Nothing to complain about, the venue met the purpose...

The room had fine views of the beautiful mountains and ocean, and the beds were comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was central with restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The hotel provided 24-hour coffee service, ensuring I could enjoy a warm drink at any hour, a lovely touch during the chilly nights.

Availability of staff was an issue. I encountered difficulties when trying to locate someone after locking my keys in my room at night.

Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was particularly frustrating. I found the internet connection to be quite unreliable, dropping out completely one evening and remaining down the following morning.

I really enjoyed the breakfast with a ton of tasty options and the cozy atmosphere in the common lounge made it easy to unwind. There are great spots for relaxation here, like the sauna and the scenic outdoor patio. The only downside was the noise from the hall at times, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

This place has a hot tub and sauna to unwind after a long day. Spacious rooms that were very clean. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere and even discovered a local cultural center nearby.

Check-in was confusing since the key was just left at the lobby, and noise from neighboring areas disrupted sleep at times.

The bed in my room was comfortable, and the mountain and ocean views were amazing. The breakfast left much to be desired with old, gray eggs, and there were instances when the reception was unstaffed when I needed help. The family running the hotel added an unprofessional touch to the experience, as they were often casually dressed.
